Upcoming maintenance - 31st July 2019

Since the last update went relatively well as only one plugin got missed by accident then the next one scheduled will be done on 31st July 2019 at 08:00 CEST. This will get the forum upgraded to v1.6.1 and bring back the plugin that got removed by accident.
After this one, assuming it all goes well, I will schedule the next one to happen for the 23rd August as I will be away for 2 weeks before then and then this will get the forum to v1.7. All being well an upgrade will happen each week after that until we get it to the latest NodeBB version. Moving forward from that I intend to make sure that the forum is kept up-to-date appropriately.

And now this one is done, NodeBB is updated to v1.6.1.
