Debugger encountered an exception ?

I keep getting this in the "Issues" panel while i'm running:

Debugger encountered an exception: Exception at 0x7fffaffd9129, code: 0xe0434352: , flags=0x1 (execution cannot be continued) (first chance)

Any ideas?

I understand it's a general exception from CLR (common language runtime, the bridge between C++ and C# (.net) code), but it's the debugger that's getting the error? not my app?
