Hi, I've sent a password reset email to the address for your @Crawl.W account. If you still can't see it, check your junk/spam mail folder.
For security, I've also erased your email address from the post above.

@andys Ok, I'm so sorry to put you out.
It is not a problem and we really should have sorted this out sooner, fault is entirely on our side. I will try to do it in about 10 minutes, I will send you a PM with my email now so in case something goes wrong and you can't log in, then email me and let me know.
