How to modify with QT Framework

Hi everything,
I'm writing to you today because I have a small comprehension problem concerning the creation of an setup file using the QT framework on linux.

Indeed, I would like to recover the introduction page and add to this same page an additional button and also renamed the next button.
I’m currently retrieving the introduction page but I can’t figure out how to add a button.
Below it's an example of behaviour I'm looking for.

Example :
Push Button 1 cliked on the introduction page install file .exe
Push Button 2 cliked on the introduction page install all

Could you help or give me some example to unlock me.
