UI/UX Mockup tool

First of all I'd like to thank you for this pretty community (this is my first post) and I'd like to ask you about the following:
Do you know any UI/UX Mockup tool runs under Linux (open source or commercial)?
Can I use Qt design as a UI/UX because I tested many many tools but most of them (even the commercials) are rubbish?

@aha_1980 Thanks I already know it because I made many tests on it but I want to know from your professional experience. Can I use Qt design as a UI/UX tool or I need to buy an external tool for that (as I mentioned above)?
