i.MX 6 UL embedded board has support for QT Quick Controls 2. Does it mean, it can support all 1.3 controls and styles 1.4?

QtQuick.Controls 1 and 2 are completely separate, independent modules. I'd say that if you have QtCC 2 installed, chances are very high that you also have QtCC 1 installed - but it's not necessarily true.
