Is there any method in qt that i could use to access the cpu fan ??

Nothing native to Qt. You'd have to use something platform-specific.

If you are using linux, you could pipe the output of '/usr/bin/sensors'

NO I'am using windows :D..and ICM_FAN is very difficult :S:S
