i don't understand which is qtdesigner license. Can I integrate it into an my application? Which is the base class?

or do you plan to make a designer like app?

As far as I know - I'm not a lawyer - it is the same license as your Qt is: GPL, LGPL or commercial. If your app is (L)GPL you can happily include it. If it is closed source, you'll have to use the commercial license.

You can check Qt Creator for an example. It embeds the designer.
