Where are you based?

I guess it depends on your "definition":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continent of "continent". If you are not going to recognize North and South America as separate continents, then I guess you should also talk about Eurasia instead of Europe and Asia. I tend to stick to to the seven continents division: Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, South America and Antarctica.
But yes, I acknowledge that there are members from all over the world. It is just that I have the impression that the majority of the members are from Europe. But... I am willing to be surprised, of course!

Otherwise, you'd also be living in Africa and, I think, Asia. And I would be in one of the two America's too. That is nonsense, of course. There are many countries spread over multiple continents, either by having overseas territories or by just being on the edge of a continent.

Thanks for the precious lesson, but I was just joking as you where discussing the definition of a continent with Gerolf ;-) -
Even the small number of people participating I haven't expected such results. At least I don't feel alone here in Europe ( sorry South American person :P ).

Not only am I the only North American here so far, I'm about as much in the center of the US (and North American continent, fwiw) as you can get! But, fortunately, it's not that lonely when we're all virtually here together!
I love how our community is close, even though the world is large.

Yeah...actually 40% of Europe and around 30% of Asia. But roughly 80% of the entire Russian population lives in the European part. Thank you wikipedia.

I'm not sure that Russia is european country at all, but I've voted as Europe :) For me Russia is neither Europe nor Asia. It is Russia :D
