Android Emulator and DragHandler

Hello fellow Qt Devs,
i am doing the Introduction to Qt Quick tutorial, and the onCentroidChanged simply does not get triggered at all https://github.com/qt-learning/Intro-Qt-Quick .
The pedal, led and switch elements work fine when i leftclick the pedal area.
Is it IDE issue, like my Android virtual device is too unresponsive, or does it have something to do with versions. I am using Qt. 6.11.1 for Android x86_64 and Android SDK 36 x86_64
If you check,it and it works, please provide me with details about the android kit you are using , AVD emulator settings and qt version.
