Hi,

The post https://forum.qt.io/topic/113070/qt-code-of-conduct links to http://quips-qt-io.herokuapp.com/quip-0012-Code-of-Conduct.html which is a broken link. It should probably be updated to https://contribute.qt-project.org/quips/12.

While the topic was replaced it is still linked from a lot of other places.
