          Why? If you want a lts release, you have to pay. Otherwise stay on the current release. There is no lts for open source.

            That is a serious disappointment. I have a free open source project with no income. Qt6.8.3 fixes a serious bug with HLS video streaming on Android, but it introduces an even more serious bug causing apps to freeze on Android. Qt6.9.1 an even bigger bug in the TCP stack. Feels disappointing that I report bugs that get acknowledged and then the fix goes to a commercial only release.

                Ah, didn't know that. I never tried to build Qt from source.
