    The error
    C:/Qt/6.9.1/msvc2022_64/lib/cmake/Qt6/Qt6Config.cmake
but it set Qt6_FOUND to FALSE so package "Qt6" is considered to be NOT FOUND. Reason given by package:
Failed to find required Qt component "WebEngineWidgets".
    Expected Config file at
    "C:/Qt/6.9.1/msvc2022_64/lib/cmake/Qt6WebEngineWidgets/Qt6WebEngineWidgetsConfig.cmake"
    exists

so the file exists, even the error says it

i downloaded the MSVC version now the MinGW version and I have the Web Engine extension however it is still not working

Mingw does not provide webengine. You have to use msvc

Qt Online Installer direct download: https://download.qt.io/official_releases/online_installers/
