    Hi.
Qt Quick controls are very nice and fast rendered because OpenGL use..

I want to use a fancy and smooth animated color based button... and add some animated sprites or beautiful stuffs in my QtWidget program...

Can i do this with QQuickItem?.. can i replace the use of QPushButton with a QQuickItem instead for these fancy things?

    Thanks

      Yes, it can.

Qt provides a bridge for this:
You can use QQuickWidget to embed QML inside a QWidget layout.
Or use QQuickView in a QWindow and embed it via a QWindowContainer.

      These allow you to:
Load a QML file with a custom animated button.
Display it inside a QWidget-based app.
Connect signals/slots between C++ (QWidget side) and QML.
