Since you already asked this two days ago in https://forum.qt.io/topic/159904/i-want-to-implement-speech-to-text-feature-in-qt-is-there-any-such-library-available-in-qt-in-qt5 and people answered, why do you create a new topic with exactly the same question? That is text to speech, but OP wants speech to text!
...and hence is exactly why it's not good to ask the same question in multiple topics....
