Creation of Qt Quick Project does not occur

Hey dear community!
Maybe somebody may give me a hint.
I try to create a qt quick project, but I can't. The settings window does not have a build system, and pressing finish button I get nothing at the end. The area with files, which supposed to be attached, is empty.
Qt is totally brand new for me and a little bit confusing.
Do not judge me to much.
I have tried to reinstall, install couple of previous versions, launch qt quick from plugins.
Everything works, everything is being created: qt widgets, qt quick compact for android and desktop app, except qt quick projects, but not quick application.

That's a known regression in Qt Creator 14.0.1.

thanks for answer. It explains a lot. Initially, I thought it was my bad and I did something wrong.
I have windows 11 as well as it was described there, that same problem
