qtwebengine does find resources if Yocto distro feature usrmerge is enabled

Hello,

Yocto branch scarthgap uses systemd 255.4.
The version of systemd requires the Yocto distro feature "usrmerge".

With usrmerge active, Qt WebEngine does not start because it tries to find resources under /share instead of /usr/share:

Qt WebEngine resources not found at /share/resources. Trying parent directory...
Qt WebEngine resources not found at /share. Trying application directory...
Qt WebEngine resources not found at /usr/bin. Trying fallback directory... The application MAY NOT work.
