How to switch to opened bookmarks in QTerminal
-
So I have been using QTerminal for a long time on my Kali and a month back I found out about a great way to store commands in bookmarks. I even wrote some commands which need a variable like an ID or username and password to execute.
The command to open the bookmarks is CTRL+SHIFT+B and it puts you into the Filter: text box. If you TAB you can go down to all the bookmarks and then use left and right directional buttons to open and close groups and up and down to select a command and then enter to execute a bookmarked command.
The question is, when I have terminal opened, and then execute command the only way to go back to bookmarks is again pressing CTRL+SHIFT+B, TAB out of Filter: and then again look for command to execute. Is there an easier way to do this to just use TAB like in firefox where you can press tab or shift tab to go back and a border moves around which you can then press enter like on a link to visit it? Or to just switch to already opened bookmarks instead of again opening them and tabbing?
Maybe there's a pretty simple solution but I just can't find it and it's a bit frustrating.
I'm using Kali Linux 2024.1 and qterminal version 1.4.0.

I don't see how we can help here. This is a forum for devs programming with Qt/c++. You should ask the QTerminal devs.
