Preview for custom widget plugin in QT creator IDE

Hi all,
I've created a custom widget plugin, managed to add to the IDE but coudn't figure out how to see a preview of my custom widget instead of a placeholder when I drop into the canvas (see the picture).
I've developed the plugin according to this offfical QT example:
Custom Widget PluginCan somebody help me what is missing here?

@ElectroniCitizen So does the custom widget plugin works for you? If so then compare it with your implementation to see what's different.

Yes it works also managed to solve my problem somehow. -
