You can't be serious, Marius :-)

And as promised some times ago, I'll keep posting of course. DevNet is truly a nice place to hang around, it's really fun!

And I will try hard to not fall into sarcastic mode too often :-)

And of course: thank you to all you guys for the congrats!

But I am, and this goes for all the Mad Scientists, and those that aspire to be one: You guys make working on the devnet a joy for me (a bit selfish here) and the team, knowing that what we're doing is attracting this level of commitment to Qt. I work on several other more traditional websites as well - and there the visitors are quickly reduced to "statistics" - but on the devnet it's different - it's real people!

That might sound silly, but it's the truth :) It's Saturday, a good day for silliness!

I can easily picture you, Andre, chetankjain, Gerolf, vass and the others in the "DevNet Meta group":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/groups/devnet_meta/members as reality checkers in our brainstorming sessions :)

Thanks for the mention Marius. You trolls and the other folks and moderators at devnet are the best and tonnes of fun to work with. I totally enjoy myself here.

Now where is my WeTab ? heh heh

Thanks, nice to be mentioned like this :) I like hanging out at DevNet a lot. And indeed: aspiring to become Mad Scientist too :-)

You know, it's great to ship surprises too. ;)

And like Marius said, it's very satisfying to work on this site because it's real and very concrete people we build it for. You guys are a pretty awesome bunch!

Cool Volker! congrats!, you really deserve it

For a good learning app, maybe you can build a DevNet and Labs/Blog reader with some web services magic ;)

Just start with that, and you'll get more ideas as you go for making it really cool.

Alexandra, Marius - I cannot but give back the compliments! It's so cool to have you here in the forum and on IRC. You're open to suggestions and from a user's point of view, QDN is a pure dream: one of the rare sites where we as users can actually influence the development of the site.

And of course you all have a fine sense of humor! It was not only once where you made my day (or almost spit my coffee all over the desktop and computers :-) )
