Debugger fails with "During startup program exited with code 0xc0000139."

I downloaded SDK-2010.05 recently, made some changes to QString, QByteArray, and qsql_db2.cpp. After recreating Qt using "configure -plugin-sql-db2" successfully I started QtCreator for debugging a DB2 program. However, the debugger failed with the indicated message.

Does anyone know what's going wrong?
