QT installation server needs to be rebooted or something

QT installer keeps saying failed to connect to server. I keep spamming next until it works, I start my installation and its only downloading 30 -150 kb\s. I leave it for a hour and it fails. I know its not my internet because I've tried over the course of a few days to install QT and I have had no other internet issues. So I'm wondering whats wrong with the qt installation server??

@kkoehne cant find my license im ab to just give up. Idk why the normal installer wont work.
