      Do you mean have a menu with actions like you see Creator has, and you can do whatever you want for an action? Yes.

      Do you mean intercept Creator's menu actions to do your own thing for them inside Creator? No, I don't think so.

        What should the images tell us? Is your question related to QtCreator or "programs" you are developing with QtC? Because the second picture doesn't show the Qt version you are using. It's the Qt version which was used to make the QtCreator (-GUI)...
