Exception about Qt Creator UI on Ubuntu

I install the latest Qt Creator with the online installer. But there is something wrong as follow

What should I do to fix this problem.

BTW, here is the information of the system:
Ubuntu 22.04.01 LTS.
Running on VMWare 16.
Login without any other configure (so it may use Wayland).

Maybe try to build some widget examples from command line and you can see more error messages if something goes wrong.

I've seen very similar issues before; this affects Ubuntu 22.04 guests running in VMware 16, which suggests that it's a VMware bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/1970144

Try upgrading to VMware 17, which was released last month. Does that help?
