I want to see open-sorses 3D CAD, I want to see how 3d CAD works. I found only one example ( https://github.com/Makimars/Konstructor ), are there any other options??

Therein lies your quandry. There is no such thing as simple 3D CAD. Best of luck. Even 2D CAD is a highly complex undertaking.
