hi guys um trying to install QT 6.4 but um facing this problem from 3days any suggect for solve?

I suspect a firewall or virus app.

Double check if you can download it by typing (or copy/paste?) the full thing in your browser location bar. Only if that works without issues are you mostly sure that its not some local issue.

From where do you try to download the files? TQtC blocked some ips due to the war in Ukraine

This was not what I asked... I asked where you're from. Russian IPs are blocked for instance.
