There are plugins that I know I'll never need; specifically the Version Control ones. If I deselect them all will that:
    a) allow Creator to load up faster?
    b) use significantly less memory?
    c) not cause me any catastrophes while programming?

I also don't need Android, Qnx or Remote Linux. Can they go too?

And how about getting rid of GLSLEcitor (whatever that is) and Python (which I don't use)?

It's no big deal but it irks me to be loading unnecessary bits.

You answered it by yourself - if you don't need a plugin you can disable it. That's the reason why it's called 'plugin' - to optionally add/remove features.
