Missing UI file in Qt Application Example?

Hi folks,
I am new to Qt Creator and I would like to build a GUI using the Application Example as reference.
As I try to edit the toolbar in the main window using the Designer, it is unavailable in the example since no UI file exists?
Please have a look and how can I add the UI file?

@rollyng Hi, There is no UI file because everything is built by code. Toolbar is created in MainWindow::createActions().
