I am a teacher of school from Russia.
I am interest in using your software in my classroom. I need to install 10-30pcs of Qt 5.3.1 for Windows 32-bit (MinGW 4.8.2, OpenGL, 735 MB) from http://download.qt-project.org/official_releases/qt/5.3/5.3.1/qt-opensource-windows-x86-mingw482_opengl-5.3.1.exe
Is it possible to install and use it free? -

Sure it is, using the OpenSource license or the LGPL, there's no problem with that.
