Awesome! Today (6 Jan) in Spain is the day when "traditionally we receive the presents":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biblical_Magi#Traditions, so this is just in time. :-)
Also in Argentina, Feliz día de Reyes!!!

Thank's
I haven't shipped it myself so I would need to get all the tracking numbers bit by bit. Unless you have a really good reason for it, I'd rather avoid sending out all those emails with tracking numbers...

This whole shipping stuff is turning into a saga! Every single country has its own set of very mysterious rules. Even within EU. It's amazing.
And the best part is that the shipping companies seem not to be very well informed either...

I'm a bit scary, Argentina has a long tradition of corrupt customs officials, mysterious disappearances of packages and endless bureaucratic paperworks :(

Stuk, Immii, Alexandra, sooner or later everybody get contacted by TNT, bacause of the customs. And in the email there is consignment number that you can type in at "TNT's Track package site":http://cgi.tnt.co.uk/trackntrace/trackntrace.asp, and voila there are all the updates about the package.
paulo don't be afraid, TNT is a quite well delivery company, they will ship it to you in a few days ;)

I've got an e-mail a few days ago, to fill a clearance order for TNT that they use for making the customs clearance in Hungary. I though it's the same in every country since the package is sent from out of the EU.
But as Alexandra said, it's quite confusing and over complicated, so I'm sorry, if it's not the same way in your case.

They asked me for my email address, then they wanted:
to know the detailed contents of the package and their value (thank you for ruining the surprise :-( )
a statement telling them that all the clothes in the package were not made of cats, dogs or any other endangered species (wtf!);
a statement telling them that the contents were a present from Nokia and I don't run any kind of import-export business.
Sigh...
