How to update translations in the wiki?
-
CreMindES, this way copies wiki categories way :) And I don't see any difference between field at form and additional keyword.
I don't think tagging will help with linking original and translation because I simply can't see how it can help :) -
Sorry, maybe it's because it's late now, but I think I still don't understand everything perfectly.
We are getting more and more translations in the wiki. Is there a way to mark which page is a translation of which? That would be really helpful to mark the translations as in need for an update once the original page gets changed.
Maybe we can we (ab)use the tagging system for this? Any ideas?
I hope tomorrow, with more energy, we will come up with something to Tobias' post, because it would be really helpful for everyone.

Anything new about it? I did not find any of these tags.
I would suggest an improvement:
@
translate:langcode from:langcode
@spaces are allowed for tags and this is better to keep in mind.

here are some wiki pages to update from en translation, I have tagged right now
- translate:ru from:en
- translate:es from:en
- translate:it from:en
I "discovered" the syntax for smaller and larger fonts (de, en are already up-to-date)

OT: Do you know, a thread dealing with Qt documentation transation? Is a translators group intended?
-
I think the regional groups take a lot of action on the matter, no?
-
(I'm not sure if I was unmisunderstandable with my question.)
I asked about plans to translate the whole Qt API documentation, currently available only in English. -
There is an ongoing effort to translate the docs to "French":http://qt.developpez.com and "Spanish":http://www.zonaqt.com/. Both efforts are driven by community sites.
I don't think it makes sense to have a general group for translators to all sorts of languages. The regional ones are probably better suited.

Ok :) thanks for the info.
Do you know if French is the only translation project so far?
