btchat example not working between windows 10

Hi,

i am running 2x windows 10 machine and testing btchat example on Qt 5.15.1
The app starts normal on both PCs, but it doenst scan anything.
Is there a known issue on windows and QBluetooth?
Do i have to set any permission on windows to make the bluetooth btchat example work?
