Personally, I hope the less positive effects of project Els will also wear off a bit now (excessive tagging, creating stub Wiki articles, +1 reactions, liking every post, that kind of thing).

Also did this help you in load testing the forums and wiki. I am sure the tagging system might have taken a lot of load on itself.

Yes, now we actually know that we scale. Well, the system at least. :)

Another very important factor was stress-testing our workflow. We made some adjustments based on that, mainly when it comes to saying "No" to colleagues. :P
