@Emon-Haque Seems there is not, or I didn't see it. But if you are using a browser supporting chrome extensions, you can use Dark Reader for applying dark theme to all website

@Gojir4, excellent. It works on MS Edge without any problem. Now I'm in pleasant Dark Mode.
