Yes, that's true, in Albanian there are two special characters ë and ç and often we replace those with e and c so you cannot rely on Google Translate too much.
The best choice is to update all my Albanian posts and include English language in them, which I will try to do tomorrow first thing in the morning.

Yes I knew cyrillic, and yes ç sounds like ц in Russian :D
