Can we create QT Creator with QT itself ?

Can we really create QT application with QT with same performance. ( I don't think UI is that hard to redesign)

Oh! man, I mean WIN32(PROVIDED BY MICROSOFT ) and stuffs like that for other OS. I am not saying QT as programming language at any point.

Sorry, but "native language" is far away from what your are talking about... So how should I understand it?

I am learning QT since 1 years So not pro at it. So may be you could have corrected my question. Like in last one.
