The t-shirts should arrive before the holidays, we shipped them early enough. However, I base this statement on previous experiences...
Russia might take a bit longer though since tnt doesn't ship there (!!!).

Last time when Trolls sent me Ambassador merchandise and goodies, they arrived on time, but maybe due to holidays, post company isn't working or something similar. Who knows, but let's wait.

Promoting Qt is always a good idea - unfortunately is really cold here - no one would see the T-Shirt :-)
