Adding custom scrollbar with tableview

Hi Fellow developers, i am stuck at implementing A custom scrollbar with a table view. I need to fetch the position of the scrollbar but nothing works fine for me... could anyone help ?

ParCHAT1497 a day agoYes actually I am implementing a logic like infinite scrolling.. so I needed to fetch the position of the scrollbar so that I can use it as per requirement. Like when the scroller reaches the bottom of the page I could fetch more data, and if it scrolls back up I could clear data based on screen/pagesize
