switching from free licence to commercial licence without re-installing everything?

With Qt and qtcreator: is it possible to start using commercial development licences without reinstalling everything on every computer?
We need to switch Qt to commercial development (paying) licences on our professional computers, when so far, I was working on Open Source projects with my own personal (free) licence.
Shall I need to reinstall EVERYTHING on every computer that will be used for these commercial developments?
Or is there a simple way to switch to another Qt account without re-installing everything?

Simply copying the license file to the correct directory (don't know which though) should be enough. The Qt source and binaries are the same.

Those quesstions should be asked the commercial help line. You are entitled to this, because you are paying.
AFAIK at least in past there was a requirement that you cannot simply switch from open source to commercial license within your projects. The formulation read a bit like you have to start all over again. That was when the company still was called Trolltech

I thought that was about switching in the middle of a project?
It should be fine if you finish all existing open-source projects on a PC, switch licenses, and then start a new commercial project.

Yes, probably I should have been more careful in formulating. Corrected above "with" to "within".
Personally I found the requirement a bit odd. As long as you did not have anything published nobofy would have known anyhow.
I guess the requirement is gone since we have an LGPL.

Thank you very much for your insights. So, I'll finish my open source projects and will dedicate this laptop for developing the commercial applications, starting after switching to a commercial licence. This should follow the rules as far as I understand. Thanks again!
