SNMP agent with Qt

Hello everyone,
I need to implement an SNMP agent with Qt, with a custom MIB. I have found a lot of information on Google. So far I have tried using the net-snmp librarie, and generated some code with mib2c. (and i don't known how to use this code)
The thing is I am totally lost. I don't know how to use the librarie to implement an agent.
Is someone have already tried to implement an agent with Qt ? If yes, have you an example code to help me understand ?It need to run on an embedded device which run on Linux (Yocto sumo).
