TextField echoMode offset

I'm using two identical TextField, just only second field have echoMode as password.
And this field have strange offset at the top and left.
How can i do shift "circles"? Does exist x & y offset or line height like in CSS?
topPadding & leftPadding close the surface and are not disigin my problem
