Can't specify the path for Qt deploy

It all worked perfectly couple months ago, nothing changed with my PC. I tried to deploy some small test program and surprisingly failed at the beginning.

When i launch it, and try to set the path to correct, from
D:\Qt32\5.12.0\msvc2017>
to
D:\Qt32\5.12.0\msvc2017\bin
it tells me that i made a mistake:

'D:\Qt32\5.12.0\msvc2017\bin' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

What's wrong? it all worked before, now suddenly it does not.

Are you really enter D:\Qt32\5.12.0\msvc2017\bin in the command line and wonder why it does not work?
