Default Placeholder Text Color

I am new to QT. I was setting a placeholder text to a lineEdit widget and the default Place holder Text color is light grey in the ui design mode but on running the app it is the same as normal Text color i.e Black. Am I doing something wrong? Please, any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

I am using 6.0 and the bug affects the 6.0. So, what can I do now?

@saucegoss Use a stable version like e.g. 5.15, live with the bug or fix the bug.

Or perhaps I don't need Placeholders as much :p
