Error: [Makefile:481: copydeploymentfolders] Error 1 on first build

Hi,
I've just gotten started with the QT creator app and each time I build and run a program it throws this error: [Makefile:481: copydeploymentfolders] Error 1 at me, looking further into it it gives me this information:
'xcopy' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
mingw32-make: *** [Makefile:481: copydeploymentfolders] Error 1
mingw32-make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could fix this issue? I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling for a quick fix but that didn't seem to work
