Unable to run maintenance tool

I'm stuck after changing my e-mail account. QT was installed using my old e-mail account and now the tool do not accept my new qt account (with the new e-mail account). When I try my old QT account, the tool want me to verify my (old) e-mail address by responding to an e-mail sent to this address(!). But my old e-mail account doesn't exist anymore, so?
Do I have to re-install QT?
QT Creator 4.12.0 on QT 5.14.2 (MSVC 2017, 32 bit)Best regards
