where to download the QtWebassembly binaries?

I noticed that the Qt document mentioned there was prebuilt QtWebassembly binaries for downloading. Can someone tell me where I can find it? Thanks.

In the official installer, check the WebAssembly checkbox for your chosen Qt version.

So is it only for some specific versions?
I can't find the checkbox when installing qt-opensource-windows-x86-5.14.2.exe. Is there something I have missed?

As far as I remember you need to use the online installer, not the offline one.
