Hi, I use QtCreator 4.10.2 in Ubuntu 18.04.
Ubuntu 18.04 uses X11 by default: https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2018/01/xorg-will-default-display-server-ubuntu-18-04-lts
Unfortunately, X11 has limited high-DPI support. Switch to Wayland instead. See Morten Sørvig's last comment at https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-26898?focusedCommentId=386474

@JKSH I didn't find libqt-walylad.so(or other name with wayland) under qtcreator directory extracted from qtcreator-***.run. (qt creator 4.10.2)
Do you compile qt-wayland support lib yourself ?
Or how do you enable it ? -

I suggest you subscribe to the Qt Creator mailing list and asking there -- you'll find Qt engineers on that list.
