Ok, it seems that you need to contact Pearson about this as they are responsible for this side of things, so I suggest dropping them an email and hopefully that will get it fixed for you.

I have the same problem, 29 January 2020 010-003 Qt and QML Essentials Pass this is what I see in PearsonVUE... How can I know if I passed the exam?

As @AndyS already wrote, you should contact PearsonVUE directly as they manage the examination process.

How about printed certificates? When certificates will be sent to specified address? Will I get any informing email about that?

Again, for certificates you need to contact PearsonUVE, they handle the process for us here so they are best placed to answer.
