Where to find MSVC 2017 ??

Hello,
I wans't able to find MSVC2017.
So I tried to install Visual Studio Community 2019, but I got issues as Qt toolkits seem not able to work with that version available toolkits are MSVC2015/MSVC2017.The problem is that I tried use mingw tools instead, that works fine inside Qt Creator but I get an issue trying to deploy that version to use it on a different PC. So I'm completely stuck here.
So do you know an URL where to find Community 2017 ??
