Qt Quick emulator layer crashed: line 1

Hi,
I created a QTQuick UI File for an android app project but I can't edit it in design mode, keep on receiving this error! and it does it for all projects with similar file.
ive reinstall QT twice but no solution.
Or does it has something to do with these configs

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you ever done 'new qt quick project' in qt creator?
And you can try to reinstall qt5.
